Advanced Services: Monitor, Alert, Report & Analysis Services (MARA)

GLS provides 4 different classes of MARA services, 3 services are focused network performance and health while 1 service monitors application performance over the entire infrastructure. All MARA services have the following common features:

MARA services are intended to provide actionable data and analysis to IT via a monthly interactive discussion and report review. GLS uses an internally developed SMNP reporting tool to provide standard performance and network health data for the network. GLS partners with Visual Networks and Riverbed more granular NetFlow and packet level diagnostic data for the network and for end user based application performance monitoring.
