GLS deploys with three types of installation methods:

Device Setup/Management Initiation
  • Existing devices deployed and operational
  • Devices are configured properly
  • Lower cost for assuming management control
  • Focuses on customer data gathering for system input and process development
Tele-Installation
  • New devices being deployed or repair of trouble in existing
  • Remote pre-staging and configuration completed by GLS for “plug & play”
  • Data gathered during deployment to minimize customer involvement
  • Tele-Turn-up support coordinated with customer onsite resource
  • Custom turn-up guides and checklists are leveraged for success
OnSite Installation
  • All components of tele-installation leveraged
  • GLS coordinates and supplies onsite resource for remote hands support
  • Standard 2 hour window for site labor
