U.Connect is an online tool which supports all dimensions of the GLS experience. U.Connect provides valuable information for our clients by providing everything from order status to network performance reporting. U.Connect has a valuable CRM function that allows GLS to provide contact and status on trouble tickets in a customized manner. Notification can be customized for each remote site based on time of day, event severity, and contact method. Contact methods include email, page, and phone call. A toll free 800 number is available for our help desk 24 hours a day and is staffed by our network technicians.

Order Status
This allows customers to track all the pertinent information and dates for each network site. Data is presented in both a "view" and report format. The "view" format is used for customers that want to dig in to get specific detailed information. The report format provides a suite of informative reports designed to help with project management.

Trouble Ticketing
This provides a detailed set of reports that help customers understand how well their network is performing. SLA documentation is provided for outages, latency and packet loss. A real time view is also available to allow customers to see active trouble tickets in real time.

Network Management
This provides circuit, hardware and maintenance agreement inventory information. A view format is also available so that customers can quickly access the equipment and circuit information at a single site.

Bandwidth Utilization
These reports provide valuable information regarding the network traffic at different intervals during the day. The information is critical for determining the proper network sizing and for isolating potential bottlenecks.
